Non-military challenges in the Black Sea

Ethnic groups or national minorities are far from being understood as stable and convergent units in the nation's security efforts. This issue is backed by a substantial scientific record, treated differently relation to prevalence of certain political, economic, social and, above all, cultural factors. From an academic point view, record ethnicity-security relations not uniform either. Different schools thought political science fields look at different angles. The present article aims highlight number issues related non-military challenges Wider Black Sea Region context war Ukraine. We will further assess possible vulnerabilities riparian states that may become threat security.
